Open Invitation to Prepare & Celebrate 30th Anniversary of NGO Partnership with Cambodian People A group of NGOs/individuals involved with Cambodia since the eighties including persons from AFSC, QSA, Oxfam GB/America, MCC, JRS, World Vision, PADEK, LWF, CWS, Maryknoll, DPA and CCC are intending to plan an NGO 30th anniversary celebration towards the end of this year.
